Chocolate Peanut Butter Smoothie Bowl
I haven’t made a smoothie bowl in ages! I’ll have to do it more often. I use my normal smoothie recipe but make it a bit thicker, add to a bowl, and add additional toppings. It’s a nice diversion from the every-day smoothie. If you’d like to try it out, here’s the basic recipe:
Smoothie Ingredients (feel free to change up to your liking):
frozen berries
cored apple with skin left on
peanut butter powder
cacao powder
chia seeds
ground flax seeds
maca root powder
greens powder (I’m currently using CanPrev Aquatein)
collagen powder (I use Great Lakes Collagen)
protein powder (I use Omega Nutrition Pumpkin Seed Protein Powder)
water
Toppings (change up to your liking):
sliced banana
granola
buffalo yogurt
berries
cacao nibs
chia seeds
hemp seeds
