Renay's Granola
Yield: 10 Cups
Ingredients
- 2 ½ cups regular rolled oats
- ½ cup amaranth flour
- ½ cup pumpkin seeds
- ½ cup sunflower seeds
- 2 tbls ground flax
- 2 tsp cinnamon
- ½ cup maple syrup
- ½ cup coconut oil
Instructions
- Preheat oven to 350°
- Mix dry ingredients in a large bowl
- Add wet ingredients and stir well until the entire mixture is moist
- Spread evenly over a large baking sheet
- Bake for 25-30 mins or until golden brown. Stir or flip with a spatula after 15 mins of baking
- Allow to cool before storing in an airtight container. Granola will become crunchy while cooling
