Michelle is a Transformational Coach, Yoga and Meditation Teacher, and a Podcaster. She works with special needs moms who feel overwhelmed and isolated from caregiver burnout. She works on reducing the stresses of special needs parenting, so you remember what it is like to enjoy life guilt-free again.
