Jody is a Certified Health and Life Coach passionate about helping midlife women who feel deep down inside that something is missing.

Along with age often comes wisdom (and maybe a bit of panic? haha). When she hit her 40's, suddenly, it did not feel like she had all the time in the world to 'figure things out later. It's a panicky feeling to realize that you are heading into the second half of life without a clear picture of who you are or what you want to be.

One day, she decided that she would embrace them rather than fear these feelings. Her soul/intuition/purpose was trying to tell her something, and she decided to start to listen finally. And ever since that day, she has never referred to her journey as a 'crisis.' It has truly been an awakening. She recognizes the importance of breathing. And nature. And girls' weekends. And communication. And journaling. And meditation. And knowing when to say no. And knowing when to say yes! And recognizing when she needs a break and being able to communicate that to family.

She looks forward to being a part of YOUR midlife awakening so that you can live your life with less anxiety and more ease, less exhaustion and more rest, less unhappiness and more joy!!!
