Not sure which version to choose?

Many recordings come with a choice of three different endings. Here's what they mean so you can select the one that best fits your needs:

  • Optional Ending: This version includes a pause at the end, allowing you to decide whether you'd like to drift off to sleep or gently reawaken. It's a flexible choice—especially if you're listening in the evening but may still need to stay awake afterward.

  • Awaken Ending: This version concludes with a guided awakening sequence to bring you back to full alertness and energy. Best for daytime use or whenever you want to return to your day feeling clear, refreshed, and focused.
